Draft Policies, Sites and Places Plan Summer 2014 - CONSULTATION CLOSED
Public consultation - South Gloucestershire Local Plan: Draft Policies, Sites and Places (PSP) Plan, Draft Sustainability Appraisal and supporting evidence base
(Regulation 18 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012)
As you may be aware the Council adopted its Core Strategy (www.southglos.gov.uk/corestrategy) in December 2013 and is now continuing with the preparation of its Policies, Sites and Places (PSP) Plan which will complete our up to date Local Plan. We invited comments on the Draft Policies, Sites and Places Plan and supporting Draft Sustainability Appraisal between the 26th June and the 28th August 2014, all comments received will be taken into consideration in preparing the proposed submission draft of the PSP Plan.
November Update
As part of the ongoing work in relation to the ‘Sites and Places’ element of the PSP plan, the representations received will be available shortly.

Copies of the Draft PSP Plan and supporting Draft Sustainability Appraisal are available from 8.45am - 5pm Mondays to Wednesdays and 8.45am - 4.30pm Thursdays and Fridays, at the Council’s One-Stop Shops:
