The Council is proposing to make a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) in Northcote Road.
The PSPO is being proposed due to complaints from residents of anti-social behaviour which includes;

2. The breaking and storing of mechanically propelled vehicles and vehicle parts of varying condition and state of roadworthiness
3. Working on mechanically propelled vehicles which includes the maintenance, modification, servicing, engine tuning but not limited to that list
4. Unroadworthy vehicles being driven in an anti-social manner
5. Noise emanating from the (2) and (3) above and from the use of amplified music or recording
6. Anti-social behaviour which has been intimidating, harassing and threatening to others.
The survey is now closed.

Marking a consultation as relevant to a particular audience indicates that it may be of special relevance to people within that group. It doesn't, however, mean that other groups wont find the consultation of interest - we welcome responses from everybody.
For example, education issues may be of particular interest to Parents & Guardians, and so will be shown to people searching the system for parenting issues, but the views of others (eg: Business, Faith Groups) are also relevant. |
