Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 - PLANNING INSPECTORATE INTERIM DECISION - South Gloucestershire Council (Footpath between Broad Lane and Frog Lane, Coalpit Heath) Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2019
The above Order was made on 22 March 2019. Following objections and a subsequent investigation conducted by The Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, their interim decision is available to view in the documents section of this consultation.
The notice and amended order and plan are also available to view.
A copy of the Order as submitted and a copy of the Order showing the proposed modification together with the Inspector's Order decision dated 23 November 2022 have been deposited at Yate One Stop Shop (next to the Leisure Centre), Kennedy
Way, Yate BS37 4DQ and may be inspected free of charge during normal working hours. You may also view the decision in the documents pages of this consultation.
Any representation or objection with respect to the proposed modification may be sent in writing to Michael Edwards at michael.edwards@planninginspectorate.gov.uk or to Rights of Way Section, Room 3/A Eagle Wing, Temple Quay House, 2 The
Square, Temple Quay Bristol BS1 6PN, tel 0303 444 5340, quoting reference ROW/3278102M1, between 8 February 2023 and 8 March 2023 and must state the grounds on which it is made.
It should be noted that any such representation or objection may be made available for viewing by interested parties at the council offices on request.
