STOKE GIFFORD - VARIOUS ROADS (PHASE 4B) - Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting - STATUTORY NOTICE

The Council proposes to make an order that will:-

a) prohibit vehicles waiting at any time in lengths of Albany Gate, Balmoral Close, Barn Owl Way, Beaufort Crescent, Belmont Drive, Brins Close, Buckingham Drive, Cade Close, Cerimon Gate, Charbon Gate, Charles Avenue, Chevening Close, Constantine Avenue, Court Avenue, Dighton Gate, Dorcas Avenue, Dumaine Avenue, Elizabeth Crescent, Fabian Drive, Field Farm Close, Gadshill Drive, Gatcombe Drive, Gatesby Mead, Gloucester Close, Hatchet Lane, Hatchet Road, Hawthorn Way, Holyrood Close, Kent Close, Knightwood Road, Lancaster Close, Lysander Walk, Mead Road, Montague Close, North Road, Oxbarton, Parsons Avenue, Ratcliffe Drive, Richmond Avenue, Rock Lane, Sandringham Road, Seyton Walk, The Green, Touchstone Avenue, Travers Walk and York Close, Stoke Gifford;

b) prohibit vehicles waiting between the hours of 8am and 9am; and 3pm and 4pm on Monday to Friday (inclusive) in lengths of Fabian Drive and Ratcliffe Drive, Stoke Gifford;

c) prohibit vehicles waiting between the hours of 8am and 6pm on Monday to Friday (inclusive) in lengths of Beaufort Crescent and North Road, Stoke Gifford;

d) restrict vehicles waiting between the hours of 1pm and 2pm on Monday to Friday (inclusive), 30 minutes with no return within 1 hour in lengths of Hatchet Lane, North Road, Rock Lane and The Green, Stoke Gifford;

e) restrict vehicles waiting between the hours of 3pm and 6pm on Monday to Saturday (inclusive), 2 hours with no return within 4 hours in lengths of Ratcliffe Drive, Stoke Gifford; 

f) vary further the South Gloucestershire Council (Southern Brooks Area) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) (Consolidation) Order 2012, as varied, in so far as it relates to the lengths of road specified in item a) to item e) above, the provisions of which will be brought forward into the new order; and

g) revoke the South Gloucestershire Council (Southern Brooks Area) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) (Consolidation) Order 2012, as varied, in so far as it relates to Beaufort Crescent, Dumaine Avenue, Fabian Drive, Gatcombe Drive, Hatchet Road and Travers Walk, Stoke Gifford, the provisions of which will be brought forward unchanged into the new order.
