Highways Act 1980 - South Gloucestershire Council (Footpath PSN 44 at Shortwood Road, Siston) Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2021

The Council made an order on 24 November 2021 which if confirmed as an unopposed order will divert lengths of public footpath PSN44 at Shortwood Road, Siston, in the Parish of Siston.  A copy of the order as made (which includes a plan); an explanatory statement and a copy of the Notice of making are included in this consultation.  The notice gives full details of the affected route and how objections and representations about the order may be made.  If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, South Gloucestershire District Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order.  If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.

The deadline for the receipt of objections and representations is 31 December 2021.
