SISTON - Application to divert public footpath PSN 44 at Shortwood Road, Siston - INFORMAL CONSULTATION

The applicant is seeking to divert a section of footpath PSN 44 which diagonally crosses a field south of Shortwood Road.  The proposal is to divert the path along the western field boundary to allow better land management.

This informal consultation has now closed. Any comments received have now been forwarded to the Head of Environment and Community Services (Public Rights of Way Team) for consideration. In due course this matter will be reported to the Public Rights of Way and Commons Registration Sub Committee for a decision as to whether or not an order should be made.
