Town and Country Planning Act 1990 - Section 257 South Gloucestershire Council (Footpath LYA 55 (part), Ladden Garden Village, Yate) Public Path Diversion Order 2022

The Council made an order on 18 May 2022 which if confirmed as an unopposed order will divert a length of public footpath  LYA 55 in the Parish of Yate.  A copy of the order as made (which includes a plan); an explanatory statement and a copy of the Notice of making are included in this consultation.  The notice gives full details of the affected route and how objections and representations about the order may be made.  If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, South Gloucestershire District Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order.  If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.

The deadline for the receipt of objections and representations is 25 June 2022.
