YATE - Application to divert part of public footpath LYA 49 at Ladden Garden Village - INFORMAL CONSULTATION
The applicant is seeking to divert part of public footpath LYA 49 where it crosses the new housing development known as Reeves Gardens within Ladden Garden Village.
This informal consultation has now closed. Any comments received have now been forwarded to the Head of Environment and Community Services (Public Rights of Way Team) for consideration. In due course this matter will be reported to the Public Rights of Way and Commons Registration Sub Committee for a decision as to whether or not an order should be made.
