Bristol Parkway Station Masterplan

Bristol Parkway Station and Surrounds Masterplan Public Engagement

Have your say on the future of Bristol Parkway Station and Surrounds

We are working in partnership with Network Rail and Great Western Railway (GWR), with support from West of England Combined Authority, to prepare a strategic masterplan for Bristol Parkway Station and the surrounding area.

The purpose of the masterplan is to deliver a new vision to revitalise the station as a fitting gateway to north fringe of Bristol.

The objectives are to:

  • Better connect the station to local communities
  • Improve routes for walking, wheeling (such as mobility scooters) and cycling
  • Improve connections to local bus services
  • Make better use of the land available
  • Improve access to the station
  • Improve facilities at the station
  • Improve the customer experience at the station
  • Attract and retain the best talent and investment
  • Respond to the Climate and Nature Emergency

Marking a consultation as relevant to a particular audience indicates that it may be of special relevance to people within that group. It doesn't, however, mean that other groups wont find the consultation of interest - we welcome responses from everybody.
For example, education issues may be of particular interest to Parents & Guardians, and so will be shown to people searching the system for parenting issues, but the views of others (eg: Business, Faith Groups) are also relevant.
