The Ridge Junior School Proposed Footway Improvements
Funding is available to improve the footways outside of The Ridge Junior School, along Broadway, Firgrove Crescent and Melrose Avenue. The improvements include converting grass verges into a widened footway to enable shared use by pedestrians and cyclists. Providing dropped kerbs to ease cycle access and narrowing junctions at Broadway and Melrose Avenue to reduce crossing distance.
