Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 - South Gloucestershire Council (Footpath between Goldney Avenue and London Road at Warmley) Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2022
The Council made an order on 14 September 2022 which if confirmed as an unopposed order will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding to them a new footpath between Goldney Avenue and London Road, Warmley. A copy of the order as made (which includes a plan); an explanatory statement and a copy of the Notice of Making are included in this consultation. The notice gives full details of the affected route and how objections and representations about the order may be made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, South Gloucestershire District Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
The deadline for the receipt of objections and representations is 11 November 2022.
This consultation has now closed and we are analysing the results, which will be published here in due course.

Marking a consultation as relevant to a particular audience indicates that it may be of special relevance to people within that group. It doesn't, however, mean that other groups wont find the consultation of interest - we welcome responses from everybody.
For example, education issues may be of particular interest to Parents & Guardians, and so will be shown to people searching the system for parenting issues, but the views of others (eg: Business, Faith Groups) are also relevant. |
