Town and Country Planning Act 1990 - Section 257 South Gloucestershire Council (Footpath LWE39 (Part) Box Hedge Farm, Coalpit Heath) Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2022
The Council made an order on 7 December 2022 which if confirmed as an unopposed order will divert a length of public footpath LWE 39 in the Parish of Westerleigh. A copy of the order as made (which includes a plan); an explanatory statement and a copy of the Notice of making are included in this consultation. The notice gives full details of the affected route and how objections and representations about the order may be made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, South Gloucestershire District Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
The deadline for the receipt of objections and representations is 13 January 2023.
This consultation has now closed and we are analysing the results, which will be published here in due course.

Marking a consultation as relevant to a particular audience indicates that it may be of special relevance to people within that group. It doesn't, however, mean that other groups wont find the consultation of interest - we welcome responses from everybody.
For example, education issues may be of particular interest to Parents & Guardians, and so will be shown to people searching the system for parenting issues, but the views of others (eg: Business, Faith Groups) are also relevant. |
