Little Stoke - Brockley Close Footway
Brockley Close is a small road providing access to houses and garages off of Little Stoke Lane. The first section of the close is only wide enough for parking on the north side. The narrow footway on the south side has low kerbs to allow vehicle over run and until recently had bollards set within it to protect the adjacent garden wall and discourage inconsiderate parking.
The scheme arose after an emergency vehicle was unable to access the close due to the parked cars and the bollards on the footway.
The scheme will remove the existing low kerbs and replace with a full height kerb line, to deter people from parking on that side, but still allow larger vehicles to mount the kerb with care and pass the parked cars accordingly.

|Marking a consultation as relevant to a particular audience indicates that it may be of special relevance to people within that group. It doesn't, however, mean that other groups wont find the consultation of interest - we welcome responses from everybody.
For example, education issues may be of particular interest to Parents & Guardians, and so will be shown to people searching the system for parenting issues, but the views of others (eg: Business, Faith Groups) are also relevant.
