Statutory Consultation - South Gloucestershire Council (Footpath between Goldney Avenue and Public Footpath PSN 52 (The Dramway) at Warmley) Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2020

The Council has made an order which, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding to them the footpath from Goldney Avenue to public footpath PSN 52 which is shown on the map attached to the order.  Full details of the claimed route may be seen in both the order and notice of making and further information is included in the Explanatory Statement.  The order, notice and statement may be viewed as part of this consultation.

Any representation or objection relating to the order must be sent in writing to the Head of Legal, Governance and Democratic Services, PO Box 1953, Bristol, BS37 0DB quoting reference L3/LET/STOR/PT.6171 not later than 1 September 2020 and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made. Please note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council and that the substance of any representation together with the name and address of the person making it could become available for public inspection.

If no such representations or objections are duly made to the order, or if any so made are withdrawn, the South Gloucestershire District Council, instead of submitting the order to the Secretary of State may itself confirm the order. If the order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.

Marking a consultation as relevant to a particular audience indicates that it may be of special relevance to people within that group. It doesn't, however, mean that other groups wont find the consultation of interest - we welcome responses from everybody.
For example, education issues may be of particular interest to Parents & Guardians, and so will be shown to people searching the system for parenting issues, but the views of others (eg: Business, Faith Groups) are also relevant.
