Health and Wellbeing Strategy 2017 - 2021

South Gloucestershire Health and Wellbeing Board have produced a draft version of South Gloucestershire’s Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy (JHWBS) 2017-21. The strategy
sets out proposed key areas of focus and actions to improve the health and wellbeing of people living and working in the area and to reduce health inequalities.

We are keen to receive your thoughts and opinions on the draft strategy. This consultation will be open from 12th June 2017 and will close at midnight on 21st August 2017.

How can you take part? 

  • Complete the online survey
  • Download and print a paper copy of the survey here, and return it to the Freepost address found at the end of the survey; no stamp is needed
  • Ask for a copy of the survey from your local library or One Stop Shop - you can return it to any library or use the Freepost address on the survey to post it to us
