Longwell Green Waiting Restrictions Review - Consultation 2
During the initial consultation a number of requests for further waiting restrictions were received. Following initial consideration of these requests, it has been decided to carry out a second consultation to gather views on these additional requests.
Purpose of the scheme
Implement new and extend existing waiting restrictions as shown on the scheme drawings. The additional restrictions are to improve traffic flow, access and improve visibility for vehicles and pedestrians.
It is proposed to implement a no waiting at any time restrictions (double yellow lines) at various junctions to improve visibility, as well as at locations that will improve traffic flow. The proposals include the conversion of existing advisory white keep clear markings, to no waiting at any time restrictions, and a change in the restricted times for the Longwell Primary School keep clear markings.

|Marking a consultation as relevant to a particular audience indicates that it may be of special relevance to people within that group. It doesn't, however, mean that other groups wont find the consultation of interest - we welcome responses from everybody.
For example, education issues may be of particular interest to Parents & Guardians, and so will be shown to people searching the system for parenting issues, but the views of others (eg: Business, Faith Groups) are also relevant.
