A report enabling the Planning, Transportation and Strategic Environment Committee to consider objections and comments received in response to the advertisement of the above proposed traffic order was considered at the meeting held on 11 November 2015. After carefully considering these objections together with the comments the following decision was taken:
- That the proposed waiting restrictions in Little Stoke Lane, Clay Lane, Station Road and Tetbury Close should be implemented as advertised.
- That the Head of Legal Governance and Democratic Services be authorised to seal the Traffic Regulation Order.
- That the objectors are informed accordingly.
The Director of Environment and Community Services report relating to this matter may be viewed online here –
The reasons for the decision are contained in the report.
The order was made on 10 December 2015, to become operative on 26 February 2016 and accordingly, a public notice will appear in the local newspaper on 16 December 2015.

|Marking a consultation as relevant to a particular audience indicates that it may be of special relevance to people within that group. It doesn't, however, mean that other groups wont find the consultation of interest - we welcome responses from everybody.
For example, education issues may be of particular interest to Parents & Guardians, and so will be shown to people searching the system for parenting issues, but the views of others (eg: Business, Faith Groups) are also relevant.
