CADBURY HEATH – Earlstone Crescent (Parkwall School) – Proposed Amendments to Protected School Entrance Markings – STATUTORY NOTICE

South Gloucestershire Council proposes to make an order prohibiting vehicles stopping between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday (inclusive) in Earlstone Crescent, Cadbury Heath near Parkwall School.

Full details of the proposal, together with a plan, a statement of the Council's reasons for making the order, a copy of the draft order, and any order(s) to be varied can be seen in the documents section below and have also been deposited, and may be seen free of charge, at Cadbury Heath Public Library during normal library opening hours.

The statutory period during which objections may be made to the proposed order has now closed. No objections or representations were received in respect of this matter.

The order was be made on 17 September 2018 and will become operative on 1 October 2018. A public notice will appear in the Press shortly.
