STOKE GIFFORD – Footpaths LSG 29 and LSG 33 at The Combination Ground, Stoke Gifford Public Path Stopping Up Order – STATUTORY NOTICE
The Council has made an order which, if confirmed, will stop up lengths of footpath LSG 29 and LSG 33 and create an alternative footpath at The Combination Ground, Stoke Gifford. The order is required as a consequence of the granting of Planning Permission No. PT14/2849/F and PT15/0510/F and was made under powers contained in section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. A copy of the order and its associated map has been placed on deposit at Bradley Stoke Leisure Centre and Library
This consultation has now closed and we are analysing the results, which will be published here in due course.
