THORNBURY - BUTT LANE, MORTON STREET, OLDBURY LANE, RINGTAIL LANE, THORNBURY - Proposed 30 MPH Speed Limit - STATUTORY NOTICE

The Council proposes to make an order to introduce a 30 mph speed limit that will include the following roads in Thornbury: –

Butt Lane, Morton Street, Oldbury Lane, Ringtail Lane

Full details of the proposal, together with a plan, a statement of the Council's reasons for making the order, a copy of the draft order, and any order(s) to be varied or revoked have been deposited at Thornbury Public Library where they may be inspected, free of charge, during normal library opening hours.

 

The statutory period during which objections may be made to the proposed order has closed. 

The order has therefore been made on 24 October 2017 and will become operative on 6 November 2017.  Accordingly, a notice will appear in the Press shortly after the order has been made.
