BITTON – Footpaths PBN 61 and PBN 62 at Golden Valley Mill – Public Path Diversion Order – STATUTORY NOTICE
South Gloucestershire Council has made an order which, if confirmed, will divert part of footpath PBN 61 and part of footpath PBN 62 at Golden Valley Mill, Bitton along a new line. The order is required as a consequence of the granting of Planning Permission No. PK15/0532/F and was made under powers contained in section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. A copy of the order and its associated map has been placed on deposit at Cadbury Heath Public Library and at Kingswood One Stop Shop.
The statutory period for objections to the confirmation of this order has now closed. No objections or representations were received to the confirmation of this order. Accordingly a notice will appear in the Press shortly after the order has been confirmed.
