Informal Consultation - Application to modify Definitive Map and Statement – Claimed Bridleway between Broad Lane and Frog Lane, Coalpit Heath
The Council has received an application made under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area so that the route between Broad Lane and Frog Lane, Coalpit Heath, as shown on the plan, is included as a bridleway.
This informal consultation has now closed. Any comments received have now been forwarded to the Head of Environment and Community Services (Public Rights of Way Team) for consideration. In due course this matter will be reported to the Public Rights of Way and Commons Registration Sub Committee for decision as to whether or not an order should be made.
