KINGSWOOD – Brook Road – Proposed No Stopping Order – STATUTORY NOTICE
The Council proposes to make an order to prohibit vehicles stopping on the school entrance markings Brook Road, Kingswood.
Full details of the proposal, together with a plan, a statement of the Council's reasons for making the order, a copy of the draft order, and any order(s) to be varied or revoked have also been deposited at Kingswood Public Library where they may be inspected, free of charge, during normal library opening hours.
The statutory period during which objections may be made to this proposal has now closed. No responses were received in respect of this proposal.
The order was therefore made on 12 September 2017 and will become operative on 25 September 2017. Accordingly, a notice will appear in the Press shortly.
