EMERSONS GREEN – Blackhorse Lane – Proposed No Stopping on School Entrance Markings Order – STATUTORY NOTICE
The Council proposes to make an order prohibiting vehicles stopping at any time near Blackhorse School in Blackhorse Lane, Emersons Green.
Full details of the proposal, together with a plan, a statement of the Council's reasons for making the order, a copy of the draft order, and any order(s) to be varied have been deposited, and may be seen free of charge, at Emersons Green Public Library during normal library opening hours.
The statutory period during which objections may be made to this proposal has now closed. No objections or representations were received in respect of this matter.
The order was made on 28 November 2017 and will become operative on 26 February 2018.
