FRAMPTON COTTERELL - VARIOUS ROADS - Frampton Cotterell School Area - STATUTORY NOTICE
The Council proposes to make an order to introduce a 20 mph speed limit that will include the following roads in Frampton Cotterell: –
Beaufort Road, Brookside Drive, Foxe Road, Meadow Mead, Mount Close, Park Row, Prospect Close, Rectory Road, Robel Avenue, School Road, Thornhayes Close, Western Avenue, Winchcombe Road and Witney Mead
Full details of the proposal, together with a plan, a statement of the Council's reasons for making the order, a copy of the draft order, and any order(s) to be varied or revoked have been deposited at Winterbourne Public Library and at Yate One Stop Shop where they may be inspected, free of charge, during normal opening hours.
The statutory notice period for this proposal has now ended. No responses were received. The scheme will therefore be implemented as advertised.
The order has therefore been made on 6 November 2017 and will become operative on 20 November 2017. Accordingly, a notice will appear in the Press shortly after the order has been made.

|Marking a consultation as relevant to a particular audience indicates that it may be of special relevance to people within that group. It doesn't, however, mean that other groups wont find the consultation of interest - we welcome responses from everybody.
For example, education issues may be of particular interest to Parents & Guardians, and so will be shown to people searching the system for parenting issues, but the views of others (eg: Business, Faith Groups) are also relevant.
