PUCKLECHURCH – Path between Cossham Road and Footpath LPU 59/40 – Public Path Stopping Up Order – STATUTORY NOTICE

South Gloucestershire Council has made an order which, if confirmed, will stop up the path running from Cossham Road to public footpath LPU 59/40 at Pucklechurch.

The order is made in anticipation that planning permission PK17/0807/F is granted and was made under powers contained in section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended.

A copy of the order and its associated map has been placed on deposit at Kingswood Public Library and may be seen free of charge during normal library opening hours.


This consultation has now closed and we are analysing the results, which will be published here in due course.
