KINGS CHASE WARD – Various Roads – Proposed Protection of School Entrances No Stopping Order – STATUTORY NOTICE
South Gloucestershire Council proposes to make an order protecting areas marked with school entrance markings in accordance with the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016 by prohibiting any vehicle stopping in lengths of Brook Road, Crown Road and Mulberry Drive, Kingswood.
Full details of the proposal, together with a plan, a statement of the Council's reasons for making the order, a copy of the draft order, and any order(s) to be varied have been deposited, and may be seen free of charge, at Staple Hill Public Library during normal library opening hours and at Kingswood Stop Shop during normal office hours.
The statutory period during which objections may be made to this proposal has now closed. No responses were received in respect of this proposal.
The order was made on 17 April 2019 and will become operative on 8 July 2019. A notice will appear in the Press shortly.
