VARIOUS - Applications to extinguish footpaths PBN/6/30 at Warmley, MA/3/20 at Soundwell and KW/59/10 at Kingswood - INFORMAL CONSULTATION

South Gloucestershire Council has received several applications under the Highways Act 1980 to extinguish sections of public footpaths which currently run through properties, gardens and garages.  In the past, housing development took place without the correct legal orders having been processed, leaving recorded footpaths alignments running through properties.  The applicant now seeks to rectify the situation.
