CODRINGTON – Gibbs Lane – Proposed Weight Restriction Order – STATUTORY NOTICE
The Council proposes to make an order to replace the 7.5 Tonnes maximum gross weight restriction in Gibbs Lane, Codrington with a similar restriction that permits use by agricultural vehicles as a through route.
Full details of the proposal, together with a plan, a statement of the Council's reasons for making the order, a copy of the draft order, and any order(s) to be varied or revoked have been deposited at Chipping Sodbury Public Library where they may be inspected, free of charge, during normal library opening hours.
The statutory period during which objections may be made to the proposed order is now closed. No objections in respect of the proposals were received.
The order was made on 16 February 2018 and will become operative on 27 February 2018.
