THORNBURY - CHURCH ROAD - Waiting Restrictions and Disabled Persons' Parking Place Variation - STATUTORY NOTICE

The Council proposes to vary orders made relating to Waiting Restrictions and Disabled Persons' Parking Place in Church Road, Thornbury.  This is to correct the length and positions of the double yellow lines and disabled persons’ parking bay on the plans which form part of the Traffic Regulation Orders.

 Full details of the proposal, together with a plan, a statement of the Council's reasons for making the order and a copy of the draft order have been deposited at Thornbury Public Library where they may be inspected, free of charge, during normal opening hours.

The statutory period during which objections may be made to the proposed order has closed. 

The order has therefore been made on 30 April 2018 and will become operative on 7 May 2018.  Accordingly, a notice will appear in the Press shortly after the order has been made.
