Informal Consultation - Application to modify Definitive Map and Statement – HANHAM HILLS, Hanham Abbots
South Gloucestershire Council, the surveying authority for public rights of way in the area, has received an application under section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 for the Definitive Map (showing public rights of way) to be modified so that the route shown on the accompanying plan is included as a public footpath.
This consultation has now closed and we are analysing the results, which will be published here in due course.
