PATCHWAY - CRANHAM DRIVE - Proposed school keep clear markings modification - St Chads C of E Primary School area - STATUTORY NOTICE

The Council proposes to modify the lengths of the school keep clear markings in the vicinity of St Chads C of E Primary School, Cranham Drive, Patchway.  This will allow them to be enforceable by complying with specified mandatory school keep clear lengths.

Full details of the proposal, together with a plan, a statement of the Council's reasons for making the order, a copy of the draft order, and any order(s) to be varied or revoked have been deposited at Patchway One Stop Shop where they may be inspected, free of charge, during normal opening hours.

The statutory period during which objections may be made to the proposed order has closed. The order has therefore been made on 2 January 2019 and will become operative on 16 January 2019.  Accordingly, a notice will appear in the Press shortly after the order has been made.

Consultation Topic Local highways and transportation projects
Geographical area Bradley Stoke Central and Stoke Lodge
Marking a consultation as relevant to a particular audience indicates that it may be of special relevance to people within that group. It doesn't, however, mean that other groups wont find the consultation of interest - we welcome responses from everybody.
For example, education issues may be of particular interest to Parents & Guardians, and so will be shown to people searching the system for parenting issues, but the views of others (eg: Business, Faith Groups) are also relevant.
Target Audience All residents, General public
