DOWNEND – Overndale Road – Proposed Speed Cushions – STATUTORY NOTICE
South Gloucestershire Council proposes to install road humps in the form of speed cushions at various locations along a length of Overndale Road, Downend.
Full details of the proposal, together with a plan, a statement of the Council's reasons for making the order, a copy of the draft order, and any order(s) to be varied or revoked have been deposited at Downend Public Library where they may be inspected, free of charge, during normal library opening hours.
The statutory period during which objections may be made to this proposal has now closed. Any objections and representation received have been forwarded to the Director of Environment and Community Services for consideration and decision as to whether the order should be made with or without modifications, or be abandoned.
