Statutory Consultation - Public Path Diversion Order - Footpaths OAU 23 (Part),OAU 24 (Part) and OAU 2 (Part) at Littleton Upon Severn

The Council made the order on 16 March 2020, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and its effect will be to diver lenths of public footpath OAU 23; of public footpath OAU 24 and of public footpath OAU 26 to a new line as detailed fully in the notice of making and in the order as included with this consultation.

Any representation about or objection to the order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Head of Legal, Governance and Democratic Services as detailed in the notice of making included with this consultation quoting reference L3/LT/STOR/PT.6095 not later than 27 April 2020. Please state the grounds on which they are made.  Please note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council and that the substance of any representation together with the name and address of the person making it could become available for public inspection.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, South Gloucestershire District Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
