AUST- Application to divert public footpaths OAU 23, 24 & 26 at Cote Lane, Littleton on Severn - INFORMAL CONSULTATION
South Gloucestershire Council has received an application under the Highways Act 1980 to divert lengths of public footpaths OAU 23, 24 and 26 where they cross land at Cote Lane, Littleton an Severn.
The applicant is seeking to divert the footpaths to regularise routes which are being used by the public in the absence of footbridges on the existing recorded paths. The footbridges have been missing for many years.
This informal consultation has now closed. Any comments received have now been forwarded to the Head of Environment and Community Services (Public Rights of Way Team) for consideration. In due course this matter will be reported to the Public Rights of Way and Commons Registration Sub Committee for decision as to whether or not an order should be made.
