NORTH YATE DEVELOPMENT – Footpaths LYA 50 (Part) and LYA 52 (Part), North Yate - Public Path Diversion Order - STATUTORY NOTICE

South Gloucestershire Council has made an order which, if confirmed, will divert a length of footpath LYA 50 and LYA 52 at Yate along a new line. The order is required as a consequence of the granting of Planning Permission Nos. PK17/4826/RVC, PK17/5389/RM and PK12/1913/O and was made under powers contained in section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. A copy of the order and its associated map has been placed on deposit at Yate Library or a copy may be obtained by contacting the officer below.

This consultation has now closed and we are analysing the results, which will be published here in due course.
