THORNBURY - Application to divert public footpath OTH 91 at Milbury House, Thornbury - INFORMAL CONSULTATION

The applicants are seeking to divert part of the footpath where it passes through their residential garden.  Following increased use of the path in recent months and the further potential increase as a result of local housing development, the applicants wish to improve the privacy and security at their property.

This informal consultation has now closed. Any comments received have now been forwarded to the Head of Environment and Community Services (Public Rights of Way Team) for consideration. In due course this matter will be reported to the Public Rights of Way and Commons Registration Sub Committee for decision as to whether or not an order should be made.

Marking a consultation as relevant to a particular audience indicates that it may be of special relevance to people within that group. It doesn't, however, mean that other groups wont find the consultation of interest - we welcome responses from everybody.
For example, education issues may be of particular interest to Parents & Guardians, and so will be shown to people searching the system for parenting issues, but the views of others (eg: Business, Faith Groups) are also relevant.
Target Audience All residents, General public, Service users
