WICK – Church Road – Wick Church of England Primary School - Proposed Protection of School Entrances No Stopping Order – STATUTORY NOTICE

The Council proposes to make an order prohibiting vehicles stopping during specified hours on school keep clear markings in Church Road, Wick outside the Wick Church of England Primary School.

Full details of the proposal, together with a plan, a statement of the Council's reasons for making the order, a copy of the draft order, and any order(s) to be varied or revoked have been deposited at Kingswood Public Library where they may be inspected, free of charge, during normal library opening hours.


The statutory period for representation has closed.  No objections or representation were received in respect of this proposed order.

The order is to be made on or around 23 July 2019 and will become operative on 2 September 2019. A public notice will appear in the local Press shortly after it is made.
