FALFIELD – A38 north of Falfield – Proposed 40 mph Speed Limit – STATUTORY NOTICE

The Council proposes to make an order to introduce a 40 mph speed limit along a length of the A38 north of Falfield.

Full details of the proposal, together with a plan, a statement of the Council's reasons for making the order, a copy of the draft order, and any order(s) to be varied or revoked have been deposited at Thornbury Public Library where they may be inspected, free of charge, during normal library opening hours.

The statutory period during which objections may be made to this proposal has now closed.  No objections were received.

The order was made on 22 August 2019 and will become operative on 16 September 2019.
