YATE - Application to divert public footpath LYA 63 at Goose Green Way - INFORMAL CONSULTATION

The applicants are seeking to divert part of the footpath where it crosses over Goose Green Way near the railway bridge. The existing path runs through gaps in the safety barrier on both sides of the road.  To be fully safety compliant, the safety barrier needs to be one continuous length from the corner of the railway bridge.

This informal consultation has now closed. Any comments received have now been forwarded to the Head of Environment and Community Services (Public Rights of Way Team) for consideration. In due course this matter will be reported to the Public Rights of Way and Commons Registration Sub Committee for decision as to whether or not an order should be made.

Marking a consultation as relevant to a particular audience indicates that it may be of special relevance to people within that group. It doesn't, however, mean that other groups wont find the consultation of interest - we welcome responses from everybody.
For example, education issues may be of particular interest to Parents & Guardians, and so will be shown to people searching the system for parenting issues, but the views of others (eg: Business, Faith Groups) are also relevant.
Target Audience All residents, General public
