FILTON - CHURCH ROAD AND CHURCH VIEW AREA - Proposed prohibition and restriction of waiting - STATUTORY NOTICE

The proposal is to:-

1)         prohibit any vehicle waiting at any time in lengths of Church Road and Church View;

2)         prohibit any vehicle waiting between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Saturday (inclusive) in lengths of Church Road and Church View; and

3)         bring forward unchanged the current restrictions in Service Road Church View and the Unnamed Access Road situated immediately to the west of the Unnamed Road situated off the south east side of Church Road.

Due to the Covid-19 emergency restrictions, these documents cannot be placed on deposit at any public building.

The statutory period for responses has now ended. No correspondence was received that can be considered as an objection to the scheme.  

The order has therefore been made on 9 June  2021 and will become operative on 17 June 2021.  Accordingly, a notice will appear in the Press shortly after the order has been made.
