FRENCHAY - VARIOUS ROADS - Proposed waiting restrictions - STATUTORY NOTICE

The Council proposes to make an order that will:-

1)         prohibit any vehicle waiting at any time in lengths of Beckspool Road, Filton Road, Homestead Gardens, Malmains  

            Drive, Manor Place, Old Gloucester Road and The Newlands, Frenchay;

2)         remove lengths of double yellow lines in The Newlands;

3)         prohibit any vehicle waiting between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (inclusive) in a length of Filton Road;

4)         remove the Limited Waiting, 12 noon to 2pm, Monday to Friday (inclusive), 30 Minutes, No return within 30 minutes in

            Old Gloucester Road and Filton Road;

5)         vary further the South Gloucestershire Council (Southern Brooks Area) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting)

            (Consolidation) Order 2012, as varied, in so far as it relates to the lengths of road specified in item 1) to item 4) above,

            the provisions of which will be brought forward into the new order; and

6)         very further the South Gloucestershire Council (Southern Brooks Area) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting)

            (Consolidation) Order 2012, as varied, in so far as it relates to the  B4058 Bristol Road and Fenbrook Close, Frenchay,

            the provisions of which will be brought forward unchanged into the new order.
