Yate - B4059 Link Road
Background
In 2007, South Gloucestershire Council approved a planning application to extend the existing Tesco superstore in Yate.
The planning consent for this retail development requires the improvement of the existing highway facilities such as better access to Yate bus station, and safer pedestrian links and routes for cyclists on the B4059 Link Road.
Proposals
The Statement of Reasons and the drawings Waiting Restrictions (T438-461-01 RevC) and Prohibited Movements (T438-461-02 RevA) contain full details of the scheme.
This consultation has now been closed.
Following consideration of the consultation responses the proposals have been reviewed.
The proposed Traffic Regulation Orders are currently formally advertised and notices have been posted in the affected streets. The notices, together with plans and the statement of reasons have also been posted on the South Gloucestershire Council website at www.southglos.gov.uk/consultation.

Marking a consultation as relevant to a particular audience indicates that it may be of special relevance to people within that group. It doesn't, however, mean that other groups wont find the consultation of interest - we welcome responses from everybody.
For example, education issues may be of particular interest to Parents & Guardians, and so will be shown to people searching the system for parenting issues, but the views of others (eg: Business, Faith Groups) are also relevant. |
