Doynton Conservation Area - Draft Supplementary Planning Document
This draft Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) provides an appraisal of the Doynton Conservation Area. It sets out the main features contributing to the distinctive character and appearance of the conservation area along with a suggested strategy for its preservation and enhancement. The SPD will supplement policy L12 of the South Gloucestershire Local Plan and policy CS9 of the future Core Strategy and will be used when assessing the merits of development proposals.
