East of Harry Stoke New Neighbourhood Strategic Masterplan

Pre-application consultation for the Strategic Masterplan for East of Harry Stoke New Neighbourhood.

We are inviting comments on the strategic master plan for the Harry Stoke New Neighbourhood illustrating how the land will be used including provision of 2000 houses with supporting infrastructure and facilities within the allocated strategic housing site.

Please note that this is a pre-application consultation.

The Council has received a strategic masterplan from Crest Strategic, which affects the land at East of Harry Stoke. This land is allocated as a strategic housing site in the Council’s Core Strategy (Policy CS27). The strategic masterplan is an illustration of the intended pattern of development for the housing site. The strategic masterplan consists of diagrams showing

  • Access and movement
  • Land use
  • Green infrastructure
  • Ecology
  • Blue infrastructure

The master plan amplifies the vision and objectives for development set out in the Core Strategy. We are seeking your views on the master plan.

Marking a consultation as relevant to a particular audience indicates that it may be of special relevance to people within that group. It doesn't, however, mean that other groups wont find the consultation of interest - we welcome responses from everybody.
For example, education issues may be of particular interest to Parents & Guardians, and so will be shown to people searching the system for parenting issues, but the views of others (eg: Business, Faith Groups) are also relevant.
