Annual Review of the Licensing Service Fees and Charges 2019/20

Any objection to maintaining the fees must be made in writing to the Director of Environment and Community Services, Licensing Service, PO Box 1954, Bristol, BS37 0DD or by email to licensing@southglos.gov.uk setting out the grounds of objection, with a period of 28 days from the date of the publication of this notice.

If no objection is duly made within the period, or all objections so made are withdrawn, the licence fees will come into operation at the expiration of that period or the date of withdrawal of the objection or the last of the objections if more than one, whichever date is later.

If any objection is duly made and not withdrawn the Council will set a further date, not later than two months after the completion of the 28 day consultation period, when the licence fees will come into force with or without modifications as decided by the Council after consideration of the objections.

A copy of this notice has been deposited at the above address and also at The Council One Stop Shops at Kennedy Way, Yate; Rodway Road, Patchway and Civic Centre, Kingswood for a period of twenty eight days from date of publication of this notice and is open for public inspection without payment between the hours of 8.45am and 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.45am and 4.30pm on Fridays.
