Consultation on local list 2017
Consultation on Proposed Changes to South Gloucestershire Council's Local Planning Application Requirements 2017
Planning application requirements come in two parts; the first set out the national statutory requirements, which is not subject to this consultation, with the second comprising of the Local Planning Authorities (LPA) own information requirements.
LPAs must regularly review their own lists to ensure they are relevant, current and clearly identify when a requirement may or may not be necessary.
This review has resulted in an addition of the requirement to include the request for an Energy Statement and updates to relevant policies.
We would like to hear your views on the proposed changes to the local list 2017. Any comments received will be taken into account when the revised local requirements are taken forward for formal adoption and publication.

|Marking a consultation as relevant to a particular audience indicates that it may be of special relevance to people within that group. It doesn't, however, mean that other groups wont find the consultation of interest - we welcome responses from everybody.
For example, education issues may be of particular interest to Parents & Guardians, and so will be shown to people searching the system for parenting issues, but the views of others (eg: Business, Faith Groups) are also relevant.
